Double Chocolate (or Carob) Zucchini Cake

Mix 3/4 c. oil, 1 1/4 c sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 c. grated zucchini, 1/2 c. sour milk. Sift 3 tbs. cocoa or carob powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cloves, and 2 1/2 c. flour. Mix liquid ingredients with dry adding 1 c. chocolate or carob chips. Bake in greased and floured 9 by 13" pan 45 min @ 350 deg
