Missed Pick-ups
Pick-ups may be rescheduled with Mary Russ at least 1 week in advance. In case of a missed pick-up, we are unable to swap your pickup location or re-make your bag, but we will always keep your bag in the farm refrigerators for 24 hours following your scheduled pick-up, so that you can come out and pick it up at your convenience.
